DWA-Human Resources Time Line
The Peoplesoft Human Capital Management (HCM) system will be implemented in phases. Below are the modules that will be implemented in each phase.
Phase 1 - Go live: November 2003
- Human Resources (includes Benefits and Administer Workforce)
- Payroll
- Time and Labor
- HRMS Portal
Phase 2 - Go live: September 2004
Additional Human Resources functionality, such as Recruiting Solutions.
Self-service modules for applicants and employees to view and update information online:
- Benefits Administration / eBenefits
- Recruit Workforce / eRecruit
- eProfile
- ePay
- PAR Redesign
