DWA-Human Resources Time Line

The Peoplesoft Human Capital Management (HCM) system will be implemented in phases. Below are the modules that will be implemented in each phase.

Phase 1 - Go live: November 2003

• Human Resources (includes Benefits and Administer Workforce)
• Payroll
• Time and Labor
• HRMS Portal

Phase 2 - Go live: September 2004

Additional Human Resources functionality, such as Recruiting Solutions.

Self-service modules for applicants and employees to view and update information online:

• Benefits Administration / eBenefits
• Recruit Workforce / eRecruit
• eProfile
• ePay
• PAR Redesign
