Alliance Francaise de San Diego provides a wide range of French classes and "meetups" for our community. Their program includes:

• French classes for adults: fundamentals, professional French, Focus on French skills and workshops.
• French as foreign language for children and teens (non bilingual children)
• English as foreign language for adults

Reusable Flashcards

From Megan McHale (megan_mchale@hcpss.org), a special education teacher at Worthington Elementary School in Ellicott City, Maryland:

I make reusable flashcards by laminating blank index cards and then writing on them with dry erase markers. They are great for spelling words, math facts, phonics skills, etc., and when you just want to use the information temporarily. When you're done, you can just wipe off the dry erase marker, and it's ready for something else. I've also used a wet-erase overhead marker for times when I want the writing to last longer, since it doesn't wipe off without water.
