Volunteer Opportunities
Box Tops for Education are
being collected in a box in the front office.
These coupons are found on many different food
packages. A link

Each box top is worth 10 cents and if lots of families
participate, it really adds up.
Library Volunteers are needed during
the school day.

Just
a reminder that all volunteers need to have a current TB test.
TB tests can
be given by the nurse on Tuesday, and then they can be read on Thursday
or read on
Friday by Recarda Devere(the Friday nurse).
Please call
the office to schedule an appt. for your test. Non-scheduled,
drop-in time
is available from 2pm until 2:30 pm on Tuesday.
TB Tests are
valid for 4 years.

Help the school while
purchasing school supplies
Several
merchants have special programs supporting schools.
The next newsletter will have detailed information about enrolling
in the grocery store programs (Vons, Ralphs and/or Albertsons),
but you can also earn money for the school while shopping at Target and
Office Depot:
- Target’s TAKE CHARGE OF EDUCATION program
will give 1% of your purchases when you use your Target card (enroll in
any store or go to www.target.com/tcoe).
- Office Depot’s “5% BACK TO SCHOOLS” program
will donate 5% of your qualifying purchases (computers and technology
do not qualify). This program now applies ALL YEAR LONG!
