Pick Up/Drop Off Safety

For the safety of all students and community members

Please:

1. Do not stop in the red zones, driveways or crosswalks. These areas are marked for students’ safety. It is not legal to park the car next to a red curb or in a crosswalk. The streets are very congested and we need to keep the cars out of these areas to prevent an accident.

2. Do not drive into the parking lot during the morning of afternoon rush hour for the purpose of student pick up and drop off. This is especially critical when the school busses are trying to maneuver through the parking lot. Make arrangements to meet your child in the surrounding neighborhood. Parents may only drive into the parking lot if they are coming for an appointment or need to use a handicapped parking space.
