The sixth grade seminar class visited the San Diego County Inventors' Showcase, held at the Scottish Rite Temple, to view the projects completed by San Diego County students in grades K-12. Laelia F. says, "I thought it was really fun to see the projects and I'm amazed at their ideas. I'm so surprised that many of the items have not been invented yet. My favorite was the chocolate birthday candles!" And from Kate H. whose project won an award for Best Visual Display, "It was cool seeing my project with other people's."
