Click here for the winning recipes.

On Thursday, September 15, Mrs. Villanueva's second year Spanish students, made the salsas for the contest. The Exploration Class made and ate their own salsa at school -- the day of the fire drill !!!!

Then on Friday, September 16, which was Mexican Independence Day, the judges tasted all the different kinds of salsa and rated them.  The winners will be announced soon.  Here are some photos of Mrs. Vi and the judges at work.
